As explicitly stated in our Terms of Service, WILDX LIMITED operates a strict no-refund policy for wallet deposits meant for card loading. Once funds are deposited, they are strictly non-refundable and non-withdrawable. For any disputes or chargeback attempts, please refer to Section 4 of our Terms of Service.
