1. Legal Status Notice

WILDPAY is a financial technology platform, not a Bank.

WILDX LIMITED (operating as WILDPAY) is a financial technology company and not a licensed bank or card issuer. All payment cards available through our platform are issued by licensed financial institutions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

WILDX LIMITED facilitates wallet funding and card-related services and may charge service or convenience fees as part of these operations.

All users are required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. WILDX LIMITED enforces strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

We do not provide deposit-taking, lending, or custodial financial services. All financial operations are conducted in partnership with authorized and regulated entities.

Use of this platform is subject to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and KYC/AML Policy.

2. Service & Partnership Structure

WILDPAY is a financial technology company that acts as a card program distributor, but not a bank. Banking services are provided by our licensed partner banks and electronic money service providers.

The cards are issued by our licensed bank partners, Members of the FDIC or equivalent national deposit guarantee schemes, pursuant to a license by Mastercard International Inc and/or Visa U.S.A. Inc.

WILDX LIMITED has issuing partnership agreements with multiple bank partners in different countries. This is how we're able to issue and manage cards across multiple jurisdictions.

The Wallet service and Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) responsible for the custody of funds is operated by our partner, who is duly registered with the Financial Intelligence Unit - Ministry of Finance (FIU-MOF), and is subject to and governed by the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and compliance requirements as prescribed by the FIU.

3. Trademark Notice

The WILDPAY logo and name are owned by WILDX LIMITED. All third-party marks and/or logos displayed herein are registered ® or claimed ™ trademarks of their respective owners. WILDX LIMITED respects all trademark rights.

Cards available through WILDPAY may be issued by Mastercard® or another financial institution, pursuant to a license by Mastercard® International Incorporated. Mastercard® is a registered trademark, and the circles design is a trademark of Mastercard® International Incorporated.

Visa is a registered trademark of Visa International.
